Hiya Ladies !
Last night I did Tabatacise - whew my legs were already sore from Super Cuts . . .
I really liked that one too ! I sat down to post after my workout and woke up at midnight with my laptop sitting on my lap !
Can ya tell I haven't worked out for a month !
. . . so this morning when I woke up with the freezing house and sore legs, well, I decided not to hit the weights. Work was a bugger today so think I'll make today a rest day and hit the weights tomorrow, possibly add a TM run to work the soreness out.
Diana - I do still have my 45 min commute so I have my alarm set for 4:15 to get started by 4:30. Then I could get to work between 7:30 and 8. Leave work at 4:30 and I like getting home just after 5. If for some reason I haven't slept enough and don't get my workout in I can still do it. Like you, I put the Leg workout on DH's hockey night in case I don't have time in the AM - could then do it that night. Speaking of hockey . . . doggone those NHL boys ! I am so missing our NHL games ! Grrrrrrrrr.
And yes, we have Hot Wheels all over our bedroom and in the guest room, let alone half the garage rafters ! Now to figure out a way to get him to spend some time refreshing the house which we haven't done much to in 12 yrs. Let alone still have termites - think he could spend some of his internet time figuring that out !

Lori - I have seen a few posts and some Facebook messages . . . DH was away training and now you have moved? What is up with that? and all after you new little bundle of joy !
Sounds like you are back to some good workouts.
Laura - I am feeling like I remember you do at work with my assistant out for a while and too much going on . . . Like your New Year's plans to rid the "fluff". My DD finally started running the beginning of last year and is now eating much healthier - she lost 50 lbs ! I was so proud of her but now feel the competition cause she has almost caught me since I have gained !
Hope your CAB night is a fun one . . . we'll be going out to eat tonight after we hit Costco since it will be a rainy weekend. I finally got smart and make DH come shopping with me so that way we get a dinner out - multi tasking ya know !
Wendy- definitely hoping to be around more consistently this year. I did start getting back into my workouts mid-year averaging at least half the days in the month. Climbed Half Dome in Yosemite with my SIL's which was a 16 mile hike gaining 4,000 feet. It was awesome and exhilarating but I really needed to get in shape prior to that. We did lots of steep hikes but I needed my workouts for strength and stamina. Now this year I will work more on my posts !
I miss you all ! Am trying to make small changes in different areas so I can stick with it ya know?
TG - sounds like you are having fun with some new puppies? A long while ago I had a couple of litters - nothing more fun and precious other than children, or wait, I take that back . . . grandchildren cuz then I don't have the headaches, just the fun ! Right Diana ! hehehehe
That's about it for now . . . time to get outta here for shopping and dinner, and, oh yes, CABs too !
