I have no idea WHY im up so early? No reason to be? Maybe its because the house is SO QUIET;):D:p

Today is a run interval,a dog walk later and some UB work? Im not sure what yet...thinking UB on either BM2(not the double one:confused:)or PH or MM? What are your votes?

Today my hubby has to work so nothing special going on here!

Im gonna go read yesterdays thread and BRB!
 
Cookie-Yesterday you asked about Fitnesspal and Cathe! I cant really tell you about the Cathe nutrition plan,but i can comment of MFP....its AWESOME

Check it out...myfittnesspal.com....it calculates the calories you need(going by your activity level) for the day,it also has a tool that gives an estimate of how many cals you burn during workouts and adds those cals into your daily calorie goal! I just love it! And its easy to navigate through!

Kristine-Good luck with the potty training! Im still PT my Son and hes SO STUBBURN about it! He still has accidents and says..."I just couldn't make it to the potty":rolleyes:

Kim-I hope your ankle is feeling better today...bummer! I hurt my ankle earlier this year and had to take a whole week off from workouts:mad: Whats your plans for the day!

Cheryl....OH CHERYL....Where are you? We miss ya girl! I think we may have to pull together a search party and go find her girls!

I ordered pride and prejudice the series( british version) through netflix...anybody see this? anyway,ive got the first part of it and I plan on watching that today....the kids may go over to my mILs to ride there new bikes that they got them yesterday so that gives me a nice quiet home to watch it in!

Today is GS Legs (I am just now getting over the DOMS from last time I did this workout...lol) Yesterday was a rest day, but I did start day one of the pushup challenge, and I've been out dancing the last two nights...so much for resting...:) BBL

Seems like it is just us today. I think Belinda and Lori are still away.
Amelia, I'll check out myfitnesspal since you and Belinda seem happy with it. I wanted to do Cathe's but between the price and then there is a problem when I click on the Premium Membership icon. Every time it does nothing. Can't figure it out. Emptied the cache, checked the cookies, etc. Of course, that all sounds like I'm looking in my pantry for treats, doesn't it?
Iris, is GS Legs that challenging?!! I'm looking forward to checking it out. Going out dancing sounds like a lot of fun.
Did Imax 3 this morning. Kept delaying it but was good once I got going. Finally got one of the smartphones, and so have been busy inputting data. Who knows I may finally be organized. Gave my pda to my hub who really needs to get organized.

Hello Ladies! Better l ate than never....

today is a planned rest day for me. My ankle is feeling a bit better. I was able to finish my errands- grocery shopping, etc. I had a break out last night too!! :{ You should have seen me driving down the expressway with one hand, scratching with the other. My friend and I were coming from the mall and dinner. When I dropped her at her house, I told her I would not be calling her to let her know that I got home like I normally do. I would be showering first and putting on the Benadryl cream. Between the Benadryl and some other prescription cream I have, the itching has gone away. I think it is the Bath & Body Works shower gel???? Not sure.

Amelia- enjoy your workout and dvd.

Iris- enjoy your workout.. dancing sounds fun. I wanna take some salsa lessons.

Cookie- hope you enjoyed your workout too. I am alos on MFP and I love it. It has a lager food database than SparkPeople and it is easier to input exercises. I thinkk you will really like it. I switched from SP about a week ago. I think SP is more pleasing to the eyes and I like the articles there also.

I can't believe how much I eat! I went to mfp, and all I can say is Wow! Guess I went more than a little overboard today....
Have a plan for tomorrow thank goodness.
I'm lucky I don't weight 25 lbs more.

Hi, gals!! I'm here! Don't die of shock! Long story short is that we're working on getting a building for the PR agency. It's going really well and we got word last week we've been approved for the funding - Hallelujah! - but staying on top of it all has been a big challenge.

Workouts have been plodding along pretty much as usual - gym styles - 4DS - today I did GS Back, Shoulders and Bi's, which is my favorite workout to do of the Gym Style series.
Fun!

I promise to get back in synch with my check-ins. I've missed you gals.
