Hi Cathe, hope you had a wonderful New Year & Christmas as well. I did stick you in my suitcase on our trip to Florida for the holidays ! ;) You had a great time by the way. I got you out every day but Christmas, sorry.

Can't think of any questions really. I'm one of the few that are working through a shoulder injury, morelike a soreness that needs a break. Killing me not to follow the Jan rotation but I'll be sticking with cardio/core & lower body for Jan. A chance to firm up my booty more ! :D

No questions either, just wanted to say Happy New Year...hope you and your loved ones had wonderful holidays. Fighting off a bad virus but hoping to get back in the workout game the next few days. Looking forward to STS....pre-ordered for myself and a b-day gift for dad, who keeps complaining about weight gain - this should be fun to watch.....his fitness gains and the DOMS on the way to them! thanks in advance for the smiles!

As always, you're my hero! :) I feel fitter and stronger everyday because of you!

You also kicked my butt - quite literally! - this morning with GS Legs. LOL! :)

Your posts crack me up sometimes. I read your reply to someone where you said you had a little more "jiggle in your wiggle" since eating over the holidays. I have to say, I am in the same boat! My question is this:

What types of workouts do you do to lose the "jiggle"? Do you follow the rotations you post for us, or something else?

Im sure you still look AMAZING!

Since starting with your workouts (1.5 years ago) I have lost 50 pounds and because your workouts are so much fun I am determined to keep it off. I even started running as a result of your workouts and completed 2 5k's in 2008. Thanks so much for making my workouts enjoyable!
 
Yes Christine, I'm still here!

When I am sporting my ring around the middle I like to go running. For some reason it shakes up (and then off) that area. I will run two to three times a week for a couple of weeks to get a jump start and then mix it up with other cardio and my weights as usual. Have a happy new year!

Thanks for coming out to post Mawagner! How nice of you to do so. Congratulations on your weight loss AND on completing TWO 5k's. Both are outstanding accomplishments. It takes a lot of focus, determination, and hard work to do what you have done in the past 1.5 years. High 5's to you!!!! I have learned SO much from you over the past few months since joining your workouts, rotations and these forums and have met some GREAT people here...

My question is are you planning on having any Road Trips in 2009? Now that I know what I know, I have been seriously thinking about coming to one this year... 1) to meet all the wonderful people that I chat with every day, and 2) to prove to myself that I can do it! Just putting a bug in your ear :)
