Hello again... back for personals!
Susan- Aw, poor little Mariah! (Love that name BTW) I think you're beating yourself up with guilt way too much here! She'll have healed and forgotten about it in a week. Kudos to her for having the courage to come back and try again so soon! Have fun with your 1/2 IMAX.... or whatever;-)
Carole- Our indomitable Carole out in the rain again! How is the glute/hamstring problem?
Jess- Love your new avatar! I was quite proud of myself when I finally figured that one out
also. A 3.5 mile pain free run....
woooohoooo! I know that feeling of relief! Congratulations and have a great time with GS legs today.
Wendy- Hey, you don't need to decide about the June 23rd race now!
I probably won't register until that morning. I do hope Cathy would be able to come... that would be awesome! Good luck with Back and Biceps today.... although I think Chest and Back wins the award for the hardest in the series myself.
Christine- LOL about your comment, not being busy enough at the hospital
You do crack me up! The PP and SS workouts by themselves aren't too difficult but watch out for those premixes!
AS you have learned. WAit til you try the PP/SS mish mosh }(
Marcia- I think getting in 1/2 of PlyoX after a run is quite an accomplishment. Especially since you haven't run in quite a while.
You deserve to hold your head high there cheetahgirl! Good luck to you on your WW weigh in today. I imagine you'll be pleased!
Shelley- Great job on your 4 miler yesterday! I hope you have plenty of cold weather running gear!
Cathy- Yuck!!!! I hate committeesx( Personally I find committees
and meetings much more tiring than my actual job. Hope you can get in a satisfying workout today.
Barb- Have a fantastic UB day:7 Go flex those bis!
Gayle- Wow, your kids sure did have a stretch off! It must be great to have the house to yourself now. What leg workout did you do?
Judy- Oh poor cheetah.... I really do feel for you! If you take a few weeks off and do mostly work on the EXT believe me your running ability will not suffer!!!! You may be interested in "Chi Running"
by Danny Dreyer. He combines the techniques of Tai Chi with running and claims to be able to keep runners totally injury free using his method.
Laura- You sound busy busy!!! Does your YMCA have an indoor track?
If the local one here had one I'd join in a heartbeat.
Kristi- Glad you suffered no injuries (except to your pride) after your tumble yesterday. Hope today is going better for ya!
Linda- Hey there..... do you EVER sleep in and blow off your run/workout???? You seem so incredibly dedicated and dependable to me.
I think that about catches me up
Oh.... HI Karen!
Time to get moving... later y'all
