:::: CHEETAHS :::: Fri., 2/16

Thanks Barb and Laurie...:)..

Judy...OMG that looks like a killer upper body workout. I will have to try it...:)

Susan- I sending you hugs and prayers for your Dear Mom and your self.

Judy "Likes2bfit"

If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.

Good morning!

HAPPY BIRTDAY CAROLE!!!

Cathy - I would be hurt, too. I am sorry you are going through that. I think, though, that your friend is probably torn between you and the guy.... and is trying to appease him. She may think that you will understand more than he would by not changing the date. She may think that if she doesn't go along with what he wants that she may "lose" him. Hopefully, after the relationship gets more "familiar" she will be able to be more like her old self. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to take it too personally....but no, I don't think you are being too emotional. Just some random thoughts :+ Good luck!

Carole - Glad your leg started feeling better after you ran! enjoy your birtday and veggie pizza!

Barb - Glad DH made it home safely!

Christine - Glad your DH will be home today! Enjoy your day...whether or not you decide to do any workouts!

Gail - Awww! Have fun at the Valentine's party! Sounds like fun! Good job on the run!

Kristi - Enjoy your lunch and your rest day!

Laura - Your plans for the day sounds fun! Enjoy your run, the food and the GTG!!

Judy - Sending you well wishes on your cold! Take it easy and hope you feel better!

Wendy - Sounds like you are doing really well with P90X! Are you liking it?

Marcia - The run sounds exciting! Good job on the workout last night and on the plan for today!

I am taking today off from working out! :)

Hi to anyone that checks in later or that I may have missed! Gotta go check out last night's posts! Talk to ya later!

Linda

Hello friendly cheetahs,

had no time to post or workout yesterday. i was too busy training 12 clients, lol. it's ok as yesterday was my rest day anyway. today's workout is KPC! i've decided i don't think i can go a whole 90 days without a cathe workout, lol.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAROLE!! enjoy your day:)

marcia- congrats on signing up for your races! seems like you are enjoying the X, that's fantastic.

wendy- you are really sticking to this rotation. thumbs up and high ^^^'s. how is your reading coming along?

judy- i hope you get rid of the crud and feel better quickly.

kristi- enjoy your rest day and lunch with MIL. did you see my post a couple days ago about your visit to nc?

christine- have fun with your dh tonight, wink-wink.

cathy- i agree with the majority on your situation. i think sometimes people just get caught up in their own situations that they forget about the feelings of others. rest assure we love you!!

linda- have a great day off!! any good plans?

laura- enjoy your TM run.

gayle- enjoy your DOMS, hehehe

barb- sounds like you have a good workout planned today. sometimes running errands can feel like a workout, lol

Hello to all the cheetahs in catheland:D

Sunny - I had to work, but after work, we are going to pick up my oldest daughter from her job, then take her out to dinner and a movie. My SIL is going to go pick up my grandkids, so that Anna can have a night off. 12 Clients! My goodness....you are getting busy! Have fun with KP&C! That is how I felt with P90X! I "had" to get some Cathe workouts into the mix! I missed her's so much, so I had to do them, too! :)

Quick note to say that after lounging around on the couch for a while, and deciding that it would be okay NOT to workout, I got restless and ended up doing HSTA without the leg work, but I did do the leg presses. Guess my legs weren't as beat as I thought. Like Laurie - I always forget just how much FUN that workout it. It's tough, but I just enjoy it. And I have to admit I'm going to miss my long walk with the doggies in the AM. It's just so nice to be outside in the sun and walking at a decent pace.

Judy - you're making me want PP/SS - I don't have that one!

Sunny - Enjoy your day! I subbed Cathe a lot for the workouts in P90X - IMax 2 and 3 for Plyo X, and Cathe KB for the KB in there - I don't think it matters as long as you do the same type of workout!

Darn! I'm late for work!

*Swooshes out of the forum at the speed of light waving to everyone as she goes*

My power is still on so I'm happy about that. Today I got in a 4 mile treadmill run and then did some yoga and meditaited.

First off

Carol- Happy Birthday to you !! Happy Birthday to you!! Happy Birthday Dear Carol All the Cheetah Love you.

Kristi- Sounds like a great day with all the family. Enjoy yourself

Cathy- I love the Outback. The salmon is awesome. As for the friend situation I would have to agree with Barb. When my dh and I got together I kind of lost my manners too. As I read your story I can see how I made mistakes like that. You are so in love and you lose sight of friends. It's not right ( God knows I know I wasn't as aware of being that rude but in hindsight I may have been) Dh and I have been married 11 years and I still know how I may have stepped on friends toes becasue of how in love I was. Eventually you grow up and know freinds are friends and shouldn't be used. She may not even realize how this effects you. She will one day. Hugs out to you.

Wendt- Enjoy your workout and gym day. I think I may join the Y next month. My dh has a reimbursment plan through work. It will be 650 for the family but if he goes 125 times then I get 300 back. Sweet deal.

Barb- Hope all your errands get done today. I don't think you need any extras. You work so hard.

Judy- Hope your cold gets better. Well wishes to your stuffy nose.

Laura- Enjoy your treamill run.

Gayle- Have fun at the Valentine party today.

Christine- Good luck with walking on those fried legs. I'm glad your dh is having extra time to spend with you.

Sunny- 12 clients. You must be an awesome PT. I wish you were near so you could train me.

Laurie and Linda. Enjoy your day girls.

Susan- I see somthing is a matter with your mom and you. Take care. Your in my thoughts.

Long list I hope I didn't forget anyone and please forgive the typos.

Good morning ladies,
you guys are a chatty bunch this morning. I wish I could post earlier, but with all my little stinkers running around, it becomes rather difficult with all of their demands:) I love them to pieces though.

Cathy, I am so sorry that your feelings got hurt. It is funny how some things are friends do and say really really affect us. I think you have gotten great feedback from all the wise ole cheetahs. I am glad that you felt comfortable bringing it up. We love ya:)

Carole, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Sounds like you and your hubby have some fun things planned. I say go to Mexican for dinner}( We are going to Chevy's tonight and I would like to spread some of the calories around.

I am getting a massage today, ahhhhhh. My glute feels like it has a knot in it. I am sure she will get it out for me.

I am going to do 45 minutes on the elliptical and some lying leg work. My eating has been great the past couple of days and I have lost 1lb of the 3 that I gained. Now it is just keeping it off.

I will definitley be back to get some more personals in later. I am off to take the kiddies to school.

Susan

Good morning all! The cheetahs are off to a busy start again I see:) It'll be a run for me today:7 For those that missed yesterdays afternoon postings I've decided definitely to run the Phoenix zoo's run for the cheetah 5k on April 21st! Website is www.runforthecheetah.com. If it's not too hot I'll wear our cheetah T shirt.

Cathy- You are such a wonderful thoughtful person it broke my heart to hear your story about your close friend hurting your feelings that way:( I'd be willing to bet she would be mortified to if she knew how this was affecting you! Becoming a "couple" really does change people unfortunately and make them blind in many aspects. True friendship is enduring and I have no doubt that when she gets through this phase you'll be sympatico again:) In the meantime, keep you chin up, take the high road and be assured that it isn't you.... you are still the same fabulous person!!!!
BTW, my b-day is March 25th. It'll be the big 50:eek: I will celebrate it by running a 10k..... of course;-)

Wendy- Glad you talked yourself into working out last nite. I knew it would make you feel better:) Now that your legs have healed from the DOMS your ready for more torture;-) }(

Elaine- how did your test go?

Christine- How wonderful that you got the tickets to the tennis match, great homecoming for your DH:7 :7 Good job on getting in a workout today even if you weren't in the mood!

Carole- Happy Birthday to our SuperCarole:+ :+ :+ Hope it's a great one for you! Still planning on a kickbutt workout even today?
Sounds like you have some fun plans.... enjoy!

Marcia- Sounds like you got in a great destressing workout yesterday! Congratulations on signing up for the races. I agree, with p90x and the training for the races, you'll be in shape for sure!!!

Judy- Sorry your fighting a cold now :-( Hopefully you'll cut yourself a little slack and take it easy on the EXT.

Laura- Have you decided on a specific eating plan? I hate following specific diets myself! Great TM run today!

Kristi- Have a wonderful rest day! Sounds like you have some great in-laws... lucky you!

Gayle- Another 2 hour delay for your kids? They've really had a stretch off haven't they? Good job on getting through that ham string soreness for a great run!

Barb- Errandmax for you today? Hope it isn't too frazzled and hectic for you.

Linda- Sounds like you have a fun rest day planned.... enjoy!

SunnyD- 12 clients?   Is that a record? Have fun with KPC,
great stress relieving workout IMO!

Karen- Great TM run for you! You sound like you are still well on track with your trainig... WTG:7

Susan- Glad we could help you with your feelings re: your mom. How is it going today?

Time to get moving cheetahbabes. Today will be Wendy's kickbutt upperbody mish mosh, but first a 5-6 mile interval run:7

Later

ShellyC

Well, I'm childless and already missing them. We ate lunch at McDonald's and then I buckled them into their carseats for the 2 hour ride to my inlaws. I must say I have the best inlaws. They are like my own parents, only better.

SunnyD - Wow you are one busy gal! 12 clients in one day? How do you fit it all in? Obviously they know how good you are and that is why you are so busy. I did see your post. I hope to know more in a week or two exactly what date. You live near Charlotte don't you? I have a cousin who lives there so I might fly into there and rent a car. That way I can visit with her for a day or two and then drive to see you and afterwards I can drive to Raleigh for my girl's weekend. Then I will fly out of Raleigh to come back home. Of course all of this is preliminary so don't hold me to this. I'll let you know more as I learn more.

Wendy - How is the PT studying going? You are doing great with P90X. I tried to view your results in your picture trail, but you are being very secretive with your results. :) :) Believe me, if I could fit it into my running then I would. Maybe I should look into this more in depth and see if it is possible in some way. I know my cardio days will be for running, and I need at least 3 days a week to run. Right now I am running 4 days, but one day is a very short 2 mile run, but it could be "X"ed.

Hey there Cheetahs!:)

All is quiet in my house as the little one is resting. :) I had to hit Target for milk, bread and a b'day gift for my neice after work. It was soooo cold out there just going in and out of the store! I am so glad I didn't have to go anywhere else! BRRRRRRR! The wind hurts it's so cold!x(

Judy: I hope you can beat that cold! I get a great upper body work out with kickboxing but not so much for the lower body. If I had been able to make class y'day morning (with DOMS) it would have been okay since I could take kickbox. Spin, on the other hand, would have killed me! LOL }(

Laura: Enjoy your lunch out!

Kristi, It's so nice to have good inlaws, isn't it? I love my inlaws too. I feel lucky b/c many have issues with thier inlaws. I hope the kids have a blast this weekend...I'm sure they will. I am only hiding my progress pics because they are awful! LOL I love what I see in the mirror but when I take a pic I look nasty...I can't friggin' stand it!x( I am hoping my 90 day pics will look good. If they do then I won't mind showing the really bad ones so much! LOL
In order to do P90X I had to let some of the running go. I am okay with it though. As long as I can keep it in the rotation 1-2 times per week I'll be fine. The only other option is to do the Doubles rotation and get your running in that way. As far as studing for the PT cert...I am still chippin' away at the huge text book! LOL I'm getting there slowly but surely. :)

Gayle, DOMS from my mish-mosh ey? Woo hoo! I'm glad!}(

Hi Barb!

Carole, So what movie will you and DH go see tmrw night?

Linda, Yes, I love P90X. I think it's an awesome program!!!!

Sunny, I am more then half way through the main text for my cert. I think I am around page 350 out of 550...not too bad. LOL I still have another 200+ page book to go....OY! LOL

Christine, HSTA is great, I agree. I have it on loan to a fellow Catheite but I will get it back once the X is done!}( }(

Karen, WOW, I hope you get to join the Y! That IS a great deal! Mixing up the gym and home work outs is awesome! Glad you still have your power.

Susan, Enjoy that massage!

Shelly, Nah-no more leg DOMS until the next Cathe work out next week! I am too tough of a cheetah for Tony and that silly kb class to give me DOMS!}( ;) :7 LOL Can't wait to hear your assessment of my mish mosh later!:)

back from the luncheon. Man am I stuffed. I hate that over eating feeling. so why do I do it, cause I love food!!

Happy birthday carole!!! and still looking great of course!!!

I will definately have to wait until all this food digests before running the treadmill.

talk with ya all later!

Hello cheetahs,

ahhhhhhh. I just got back from my massage and she got me good. My glute was screaming whenshe was trying to get this knot out. It was a good kind of pain though. I am eating one of the vitamuffins that Jess mentioned in a post and they are WONDERFUL!!! I am eating a chocolate one, of course, and it is huge and only has 200 calories for the whole thing and it has 12 grams of fiber. It is so good. I ordered them from this site if anyone is interested. http://store.vitalicious.com/chocolate.html

I did the ellipitcal for 40 minutes and burned 410 calories according to my HRM. That is it for me today for exercise. Tonight we are going out to Chevy's and I will be pretty good.

I am so proud of myself for taking a rest week. I have only done 2 cardio's and 1 leg workout and 1 upper body. This weekend is probably just some yoga with my hubby. My body really needed a break.

Well ladies, I am off to get Mariah and then I will come back and do some personals. BTW, it 68 degrees here and sunny. Gotta love California.:)

Cheers!

Susan

Good afternoon, cheetahs! :)

Wow ~ I just want to say thank you all for sharing your wisdom, experiences, & support!! It’s extremely helpful to hear some different perspectives. Each post was like a little pick-me-up. And I just have to say how nice it is to have the kind of support we have found here at this check-in. How is it possible?? Most of us have never even met! I continue to be amazed by all of you wise, wonderful women! :) :) :)

Marcia :: Great w/out last night ~ how did you like YogaX? The races do sound like an excellent motivator to help you reach your goals. Now that you’ve reviewed the P90 nutrition plan, what do you think of it? I hope mine arrives soon!!

Wendy :: another killer workout!…I do know just what you mean – I hate leaving the house in this weather – it’s positively BITTER out there!! Or a bit nipply as Clark Griswold would say… I am usually very critical of my own photos but I cannot imagine that your progress pics look nasty – you are buff, girl!

Judy :: hope you can rest & knock out that cold!

Laura :: we had parent conferences, and my team ordered out…I had a crab cake sandwich and cole slaw, and I housed every chip that it came with – OINK. When I went to go pick up the order, I was going to go whole hog and drink a Coke (I rarely drink soda!) until the cashier told me it was $1.69 for a can. Helloooo? Are they out of their gourds?? No, thank you! Anywho, I’m still pretty stuffed myself and need a little downtime before k’boxing. Hope you have a good run!

Gayle :: wow, you guys were really hit hard west of the city, huh? How was your day with the kindergarteners?

Barb :: it’s interesting, though, that the Fluidity bar seems to be getting good reviews, even around here where folks expect & enjoy intense workouts…This program says you can see results in 10 workouts, so I’m going to give it that much before I make a final judgment on it. I’ll be curious to see what Laura thinks, too. Hope you got all your errands in!

Christine :: glad you have a couple of extra days with DH…Where is he off to now?…Wow, that’s some pretty deep insight you’ve got there…and I am inclined to think there could be some truth to that. I think what’s been going on is that she now spends most of her time with him but expects me to be available when it’s convenient for her. Because I’m not always available, I think that’s what she perceives as being distant.

Carole :: hey, birthday girl!! :) How nice of your co-workers to throw you a little party. What movie are you going to see tomorrow?…I hope you’re having a GREAT day!!…Thanks for your thoughts…Yes, it does change the dynamics of things when two members of the group decide to couple up…It’s been that way since summer, and there has really been no awkwardness until now…I think things became serious & solidified over the holidays…his divorce was just final in November, I believe. He had been separated for quite some time and it was ugly.

Hey Laurie! Did you ever get my email?

Linda :: Also a good point…I think that is definitely true that she caters to him…To some degree, I understand that is normal, esp. in the beginning of a relationship…But I think she has been very deliberate about letting him have “his way” most of the time. He does have kids, so naturally, the group’s plans have always adapted to his family life. But she has expressly said things like: she doesn’t want to annoy him in ways that his ex-wife did...she wants to make things easy for him by going along with whatever he wants...she's only turned down sex once, etc. So, she definitely has a strategy for not losing him. Enjoy today’s rest day!!

Sunny :: holy smokes, 12 clients!!! So you were missing Cathe, huh? Hope you enjoyed your KPC fix! Thank you for your thoughts – you made me smile! :)

Karen :: I think I did try the salmon once at Outback, but I am a steak & potatoes kinda girl so I will probably have to go for the 9 oz. Victoria’s Filet. Yum!…I appreciated reading a perspective from the other side, so-to-speak…thank you!…Good job on the TM run, yoga, and meditation!

Susan :: glad today's massage hit the spot for you!...Hey, no gloating over your weather out there!! ;) :)

Shelly :: love the cheetah race!! We’ll want pics, of course! :)…Simply said, thank you for the kind words…Got the bday info…will add that to my list. Enjoy your w/out!

Kristi :: that’s great that you have such a good relationship with your ILs.

OK, I need to get crackin' with kboxing. If I don't stop back later, talk to you in the AM. And thanks again!!

Cathy :)

Good afternoon Cheetahs! I started to post earlier today but thought if I do that I might never get anything done!!! Whooeee, there’s a lot to catch up on with you all.

I did B&G leg blast and an elliptical workout today. My PF is feeling much, much better but I think I’m going to do all of my “runs” on the elliptical, at least through Monday. The schedule calls for Sunday’s long run to be only 8 miles so it won’t be a huge deal to do the equivalent of that on the EXT. While my marathon training mileage is relatively low I think I’ll stick with using the EXT until I feel like my PF is under control and I’m not just hobbling along, nursing it back to health just enough to go bang it up with the next run. Know what I mean??? So, that’s the plan. Now on to the important stuff…PERSONALS!!!

Cathy, Sorry about the friend issue, which is in no way piddly because other people have sick or dead loved ones!! The first thing that came to my mind was that your friend is projecting what she is doing on to you. She’s the one with the new boyfriend so I would imagine that keeps her fairly busy and distant. I don’t really have any advice for you though. I do know that sometimes the dynamic of a relationship can change and then never go back to the way it was, especially if there are hurt feelings involved. But on the other hand some friendships can weather this kind of stuff. I have a very, very dear friend who has been so for almost 20 years and something similar happened with us. Early on, when we were newly “best” friends, I began dating the jerk I was with before I met DH. I think…no….. I know, I blew her off for a while and distinctly remember her giving me a card with a note inside telling me that she was my friend for all time and that she’d be there when I got my head out of my you know what! Well, she didn’t say it quite like that but you get the drift. And now here I am with my head where it should be and even though she now lives 3 hours away from me we keep in regular contact, talking at least once a week. Anyway, I’m so sorry it’s got you down and I hope the situation resolves itself sooner rather than later.

Marcia, Good going signing up for the 8K and ½ !!

Wendy, Glad your legs are DOMless. I sort of like a little bit of that going on though, just to remind me of how hard I work. So what do you think of Legs and Back? How much Cathe leg work are you doing to supplement P90X? So, is Joey still on that anti seizure medication? Don’t ask me why but that question just popped into my head.

Judy, When I have a cold I like to take Theraflu because is makes me sleep good and dries me right up. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Laura, Enjoy your lunch date! I know what you mean about pigging out and for that reason I prefer to eat at home. Also because I know exactly what the ingredients of what I am eating are.

Kristi, Enjoy your rest day and lunch and maybe the quietness of being childless for a bit.

Gayle, Have fun with the Valentine party. I got to do that on the actual day. Kindergarteners are sooo cute, don’t you agree?

Christine, So what workout did you do that fried your legs? I’m glad to hear that you get your DH for a couple more days than you originally thought.

Shelly, Funny, funny about that race! Too bad we can’t all run it with you, wearing our shirts of course. I think the test went good. There might be two questions I got tripped up on but maybe not. I couldn’t tell when I looked at my notes afterward.

Susan, How can you be good at Chevys? And with the muffin, I would eat all that I have on had if I started. Once I get started with bad food, or in the case of your muffin, anything with sugar in it, I just can not have a little. I don’t’ know what’s wrong with me!

Hi Barb, Laurie, Karen, Linda and Sunny!

And now, I want to with Carole a very happy birthday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I hope you have the best day ever and that your wildest birthday dreams come true!!!

My kids are hungry so I better go feed ‘em. Me too! Talk to you later!

Elaine-I love your story about your friend. It's so great you are still buddies today. That's the test of a true friend that it hangs on over time. Great workout -- and sounds smart to keep the runs on the EXT for a bit. You are so lucky to have the EXT. How are you liking your paralegal classes?

Cathy--Are you going to give the bar workouts you bought from Amazon 10 weeks or Fluidity 10 weeks? Do you use ankle weights with the bar workouts you just bought?

Hi to everyone and have a great weekend!

-Barb
:)

G'afternoon Cheetahs! Still can't post from the other computer for some reason. I think there's a firewall or something that I can't figure out. It happened when the power blinked the other day & the computer has been funky ever since. (from the power shutting it down?)

Anyway, you'll never believe it but Kiersten has yet ANOTHER EAR INFECTION!!! My goodness, this kid is going to break us this winter!! :p It just started about 7 last night & w/in an hour she was at 101 temp. So... to the Dr's it was for us this morning after dropping off Allison (there went my time at the Y again!). Sure enough, ear & sinus infection. Poor girl was just miserable by that point. And I talked to the Dr. about her tummy issues & she agreed that we should get her off ALL milk products (she drinks soy & almond milk but does have other dairy). And she's referring us to a GI Dr. so that's good. So we had to go pick up her meds & I went ahead & scheduled myself in to see my Dr. too. I'm sick of dealing w/ the sinus crud. We went to pick up her meds & then back to my appt. Sure enough, I have a bad sinus infection (Greg said I was snoring bad last night!), and an on antibiotics too. And I talked to him about my IBS (I'm so sick of it!) and am on Zelnorm. We'll see if it helps... So it's the sick house again here!! Oh, and my hottie Dr. is doing the triathalon that I'm doing too so we chatted about that for a while. Then it was BACK to the pharmacy & finally home!! I'm calling today a rest day because I just don't have the time or energy to get in a work out! And we're going to dinner at a friends house tonight (their dd has an ear infection too, so we'll be quite the crew!).

OK, enough about me. That's all I seem to do lately & for that I apologize. My time seems to be limited.

Carole ~ Happy birthday!!!! You deserve to be pampered today so I hope you were!!!

Cathy ~ Sorry about the relationship thing. You got some great advice from the wonderful Cheetahs here!

Susan ~ Sending you some ((HUGS)) about your Mom. You feel free to talk/ vent all you like here. We'll *listen*. Cancer is a nasty thing, after seeing what it did to my Grandma I know. You need to let yourself feel how you're feeling & talk about it.

I'm sorry that I don't have time to post to everyone one of you sweet Cheetahs but I hope you all have a terrific Friday!!

Happy Friday, Cheetahs!

I’m off work today but have been a very busy cheetah anyway. This morning I dropped off DD’s car at the dealer to install her mud guards and then got a great workout in at the gym while I waited for the car to be done (thanks to the courtety shuttle!) I made it in time for a spin class. I tell ya, spinnin is the closest it comes to running in regard to a sweatfest! I had to drive her car back from Auburn up to the high school in Colfax, but now I’m at home chowing down some lunch and then I’m off to take my dogs out, shower and then get to my massage appointment….ahhhh, and then a bit of grocery shopping. I’m short on time now, so I just briefly scanned today’s posts but I’ll be back later to comment more. HOWEVER, I can’t get away without saying:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CAROLE!!!! yay!!!! I hope you enjoy your day and your date with hubby! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Also, real quick I want to add to our Cheetah Cathy that I agree with what the rest of the pack is saying. When friends become romantic, the dynamics DO change. She’s projecting her own behavior and feelings about the situation. Cheer up girl! And go have a blast tonight with your college buddies! Just step away from the buffalo wings! LOL

Ok, the rest of the cheetahs I’m waving a big hiya! and wishin’ ya’ll a great weekend…

See ya all a bit later!..... woooooosh!!

Thomasina

Jess, My DH says I snore bad *every* night! He actually recorded it once to prove it to me. Everyone but me had a good laugh. Funny thing is that he hardly ever snores and on the rare occasions that he does I find myself just amazed that he can sleep through all the racket I make. I go find somewhere else to sleep when he gets going. He is actually concerned that I have sleep apnea but, other than the snoring, I have no symptoms so I just pooh pooh it.

So sorry about the perpetual sick house. Spring is right around the corner though so maybe that will bring some relief. Actually, I just noticed, while making a note on the calendar, that daylight savings time begins on March 11 this year! (Didn't it used to be the first Sunday in April?)

Have a great weekend and don't worry about the limited time! I think we all have that excuse from time to time. Talk to you later!
