Hey All,

My MIL needs some last minute Christmas ideas from me. What other total body strength w/o's does Cathe have other than Muscle Max, STS TB & High Reps?

Muscle Endurance, Push Pull, Supersets, Power Hour, and Maximum Intensity Strength. There may be some others. Look on the site at www.cathe.com to see all of them. Muscle Endurance is my favorite.
 
don't forget about the total body trisets in the new LIS. I love them as they are short, effective and very enjoyable!
 
Muscle endurance is THE BOMB! Hits everything in 1hr.

Love LIS Upper Body/Lower body. My arms, butt and legs hurt for days after :eek:
 
plus one on Ms End...it has a lot of leg presses which I love! I also really like PP because it works everything, including anterior tibialis.

Ohhhh YES! This is my favorite total body workout now! Love it for the simple yet different moves and even though its nearly 86 minutes or so, it flies by. Next to that is the Total Body premix on 4DS. That one is about 90 minutes I think and is a very thorough, traditional-type lifting workout. You can go heavier with that one, plus all the premixes in that set make it so versatile.

Reading this thread made me want to re-visit Muscle Endurance and I'm glad I did! I forgot how great the music is on that one. So much fun!
