Nothing feels better than a flowing mobility yoga fusion workout to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and range of motion. This intermediate workout is perfect before a workout, after a workout, or as a stand-alone workout any time of day (or even every day) of the week. Feel free to do this workout in socks, bare feet, or light weight fitness shoes. I will be wearing grip socks.
