Cathe, I signed in for the first time in YEARS just to tell you how nice it was that your sister was in class with you today. I don't know why, but I was just so excited about it! LOL

And, she is SUCH a rock star! I was SO impressed with her endurance, stamina and fitness, overall. I don't know what her normal exercise routine is; I do know that she is older than you, though, and that your workouts are challenging for most, and she just CRUSHED it!

I'm not sure if amazing genes just run in your family or if fitness is a family affair (or both), but she was incredible. Props to Liz!

And, honestly, it was so nice to finally get to "meet" her after all of these years. (I know she was in an EARLY video of yours, but that predates my personal foray into your stuff.)

And, she looks so much like your mom! ❤️ She is just absolutely and totally adorable.

I would so love to see her again in class. :)
