I have purchased or gotten in trade almost all Cathe's workouts except for some earlier ones (CTX and many of the compilation dvds where she combines sections of several workouts). I acquired many of her step dvds like Step Blast, Imax 2, etc and wound up trading them away as step choreography isn't my thing.
I do still have Athletic Step and Body Max 2, though. I can't seem to part with those even though they bothered my knees when I did them! They are sooo much fun and I was finally starting to get the choreography a little!
I can handle the moves in Low Impact Circuit, but I don't do it too much. My heart rate didn't get as high as I would like when I did it.
Ones I have but haven't tried yet:
Low Max
High Step Challenge
Like I said, I don't have a lot of her earliest workouts. I am also missing Gym Styles Chest and Triceps. I'm not sure I need that one though...push up bonanza!
Okay, I know you said no enabling but you know me! I can't help it!
Butts and Guts is indeed worth having! The warm up with the stability ball is so unique and adds a nice dimension with a little extra stretching from the momentum of the ball. Like others said, it's a mix of weighted and unweighted work that hits the glutes from all angles. I did the standing portion on Saturday and added 20 minutes of STS disc 12 and my glutes are still on fire today! You practically need to sit in an ice bath afterwards when you first start doing B&G!
Honestly, I prefer Cathe's newest lower body dvds over the older ones. I know it's blasphemy...but I'm not as crazy about Gym Style legs or older ones like Legs and Glutes. LBB, B&G and lower body Trisets are my all time faves!
Drill Max is also one of my favorites! I just LOVE it!
