This DVD includes two recovery workouts. The first will feature relaxing Yoga stretches and postures performed entirely in a seated position on a chair.

The second recovery workout will also feature Yoga postures focusing on length and deep stretches, but this time they will be performed down on a yoga mat. These workouts can be done separately or together for a longer Yoga practice when desired.

I'm really looking forward to all of this series, especially the recovery workouts. I've been adding yoga and foam rolling to ease the aches, and having Cathe recovery workouts is the best! Aging happens and more stretching helps a lot.
