No problems. Took about 15 minutes. We were changed over to a new internet provider yesterday so this download was an excellent test and everything worked smoothly. I won’t be using all of these workouts until I finish the STS rotation but I can weave many in. I look forward to your reviews.
I am glad you are sharing. I am, well i must admit, obssesed about the speed we are getting from internet providers. They tend to try to seduce us but I need to stick to facts/reality. 15 minutes is fantastic. I will follow more closely the speed while downloading file. I made it in 25 minutes and I was in a middle of paying attention to various tasks. At this point the assessment is a bit biaised:):cool:

Congrats!
Of course, this can give good points to your new provider, but, in general, it is not the whole story! Speed depends not only on the recieving side, it also depends on how loaded (or overloaded) is the sending side including all (how many) connecting nodes on the communication networks. So, if it, occasionally, slow down, don't, directly, blame your provider!
Did you try the Balance test? If not, give it a try, it is fun!

@Debinmi
Stand with legs little apart! Take one leg back resting on your toes! Lift it back up and hold for at least 10 seconds! Repeat the same with the other leg! Report to yourself the seconds and, in case, the amount of wobbeling to see how much you need the Balance workout!
Thanks for the little tip! I injured my knee two years ago and had to do balance work as part of my rehab. It does get easier with practice. I had to increase the time standing on one leg until a full minute, then had to add various activities and hold the balance up to a minute before another actvity was added. I found that if I didn't practice regularly, it would get worse again. So I found a little balance work on a daily basis really helps - like standing on one leg while brushing my teeth. I found the balance discs used in LMR1 were a nice added challenge. I see she uses them a bit in the new workout too.

Wow. That's fast! Please continue to keep us informed of your reactions to the workouts. We dvd peeps have a little wait and On-Demand peeps even longer, so many of us look forward to reading what others like/dislike, etc. Thanks! :)
Yes! I love every stage of getting a new series... the "teasers", the updates, AND the reviews. It just adds to the excitement and joy and suspense... makes me feel like a kid again! lol

My brother was a computer “geek” back in the day before computers were ubiquitous. He tells me that speeds don’t matter as much as we think. Our old provider gave us 60 mbps and the new one is 256 mbps and he says there is little difference in time. I think one workout took 1/4 the time that a heavy weight workout took. So again we agree to disagree. Brothers and sisters!
The new guys bought out the old guys and changed us over.
We run speed tests frequently. The app is just called Speedtest.

I have an ear condition that affects my balance so balance work is essential for me too. I am very pleased to have a new challenge. My partner likes hiking mountain trails and the heights worry me, all about balance. Keeping up with him is always a challenge as I am a foot shorter than he is. 5’6” vs 6’6”, I need all the help I can get .

I am not a heavy downloader and I am not into online game etc.... So I think I do not really need a faster connection. I can remotely connect for work, download my workout and transfer them from various devices within a reasonable time.
