I have successfully downloaded the contact to my iMac. I have tried to mirror the videos to my TV(Sony Bravia) I get a message that the TV can't accept that form of media?
Is there another way to get my downloads onto my TV?

I have that same problem, too - cannot use AirPlay from iOS over to my TV (another Sony Bravia). To work around this, I have to load the downloads to either my iPad or iPhone and then connect them to the TV with an HDMI cable and play from my device that way (you may need to purchase an adapter to do this.)
I think others have some other solutions, too, by using USB flash drives that they plug into their TV or DVD player. Hope you find a solution that works.
Sony Bravia TVs often show "MP4 not supported" because the file uses an incompatible codec (like H.265/HEVC instead of H.264), high bitrates, or resolutions (like 4K on a 1080p TV). The fastest solution is converting the MP4 to a compatible format (e.g., MP4/AAC, MOV, or MKV) using tools like Handbrake (free).
Otherwise "@Kellyro77" suggestions are good working solutions. Also using a different player, rather than the standard one, like VLC (also free) can help because it manages almost all known codecs! Good luck!
