Cardio Coach - personal playlist?

Brenda,
MIXED #4 – 60 Minutes

Track 1 V801: Warmup – 4:37 minutes
Track 2 V804: Challenge 2: 2 – 8 minute Level 3 treks; 2 minutes rest.
Track 3 V704: Steady State – 3:50 min.
Track 4 V705: Challenge 2: 10 – 1 minute alternating Level 3 climbs/sprints w/30 second rest
Track 5 V6s03: Steady State – 4 minutes
Track 6 V6s04: Challenge 2: 5 – 1 minute level 3 sprints, 1 minute rest
Track 7 V6s06: Cool Down

Well I did this one yesterday. And I was a bit scared  as I'd not yet done #8 and those 8 minute (times two!) challenges in #1 were a bit daunting. But I went in with the attitude that if I had to modify it wouldn't be the end of the world :p BUT I managed to do it. Of course by the end of Challenge #3 I was DONE. I was running up a small incline at the time and I just stopped when he hit the end of the countdown. No transition. Just stopped. :p Then I turned around and headed home with the cool down.

That said I can see why this is one of your favorites. Very good premix. Thank you again. {{hugs}}

I've created 13 CC premixes, most of which I've posted here or on my blog at one time or another.

If you'd be willing to share I'd be most interested. I did try searching your blog but didn't see anything that jumped out at me  Thanks in advance for any info.

Well, here's nine of my CC premixes in 3 PDF documents (they were originally done in Excel, and make a little more sense that way, but I can't upload Excel docs, so maybe these will do.

Thanks Morningstar! I KNOW they'll be great! I may try one tonight, if I can find time to set up my mix before I get out there!

Apparently my documents are a little hard to figure out, so I will translate:

The term CCP4 means "Morningstar's CardioCoach Premix #4", or 5 or 6, etc. They don't refer to the volume number- the voume numbers are found in the first column that sometimes has no title (sorry about that; just realized now that the heading for volume is missing in some of the premixes). There are premixes 1-3, but they were in my email and have since disappeared. The challenges are taken from different volumes, as are the rests.

Morningstar, these are very creative! Between your postings and Fitness Fairy's routines, I've got double the Cardio Coach to enjoy. Thank you!

Warning: CCP9 is, in my opinion, the hardest of the lot, but you don't have to do all three sections.

I did this one yesterday. The first two 30-20-10 rotations were bad enough. Then I hit the third one  I really didn't think I would make it. But I pushed through and did it

Thanks again for sharing the pain :p
