I use to be a bodybuilder using very heavy weights. My 22 year old son was diagnosed with cancer so I had to take this past year off. Now, I am doing more cardio (stepper, treadmill, elliptical) and have my own home gym, bowflex, weight bench, free weights. I would like to incorporate some weight training video's/dvd's. I have seen Cathe on Fit-tv so I would like to purchase some of her workouts. I have seen the Cathe Friedrich's Hardcore Series: Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps DVD and Cathe Friedrich's Hardcore Series: Gym Style Chest & Triceps DVD, these look like 2 I would really be interested in.
