Wow...extreme premix from cycle max 80 minutes. As you can imagine, my legs feels like exhausted.
I need extra stretch before bed.

I liked the article on what exercise to perform to gain a strong and better looking rear (how to gain a developped glute muscle) without increasing thighs size. Very helpful as far as training smart is concerned So Yes definitely we can increase the size.
