I put together a rotation for myself using the Hiits, various kickboxing, To the Max, and Crossfire for cardio. For weights I'm using 4DS. For core I've just started Horizontal Conditioning Getting Started. I've always had the weakest core. I'm avoiding step because I don't believe there is any in XTrain.
I'd love to hear if anyone else is trying to prep for XTrain and what you're doing.
