I wouldnt use the rest. I cant seem to do cardio with videos except kick box these days.

I am a believer in shocking the body and that high intensity/high impact in moderation is actually beneficial to the body. I have been working out for many years and varying the intensity of my workouts periodically contributed to me being injury free for the past 15 years.
