We've now finalized all of the ICE Premixes and starting tomorrow and all of this week we will begin to tell you more details about the premixes that will be included with your ICE DVDs. We would like to also thank everyone for their suggestions and feedback. We value your input and many of your ideas have been incorporated into the ICE series premixes.
For now we want to share some information about the general structure of the ICE Premixes and what you can expect.
We have decided based on all the suggestions we have received to divide the ICE Premixes into three categories:
1. Basic Premixes
2. Timesaver Premixes
3. MishMosh Premixes
By dividing the ICE Premixes into the categories listed above it will allow us to separate the premixes into smaller groups. This means most of the premixes for each category will usually fit on one menu page. This category system will make it easier and faster for you to find the premix you want with fewer clicks on your remote.
The "Basic Premixes" will be the bread and butter premixes most of you use. Nothing fancy here. We will give you options for incorporating all of the Bonus Workouts, like "ICY Core' Muscle Meltdown" and Blizzard Blasts" with the main workout. These premixes will keep the synergy and flow of the workouts as Cathe designed them.
The "Timesaver Premixes"will include some basic options for just doing "Muscle Meltdowns" and "Blizzard Blasts", but will also have a few options for doing a shorter version of the main workout. Many of these premixes will be basic in nature, but we will also throw in some MishMosh premixes too. Depending on the DVD we will also give options for not doing something in a workout,i.e; in To the Mat we will have options for not using the ball,bands or floorwork.
The MishMosh premixes will feature a variety of different types of workouts. MishMosh "Scrambled Premixes" will mix the segments or intervals of the main workout in a different order.Some scrambled premixes contain "Blizzard Blast", "Icy Core" and "Muscle Meltdown" segments cut up and added throughout the premix. The MishMosh premixes will also contain "Extreme" workouts where we create longer workouts.
Keep in mind that MishMosh premixes don't always keep the synergy or flow of the original workout and the premixes will not appear to be as smooth as the basic premixes. Effectiveness of the workout can also also be diminished in some MishMosh premixes because the original synergy of the workout is not followed. On the other hand the MishMosh premixes can add variety to your workouts and help to keep interested and motivated in reaching your fitness goals.
