    Favorite 30 minutes of cardio

    If you have Body Max 1 (the original), the step routine Cathe does in the begining of the workout is quite challenging and fun! I think it is around 30 minutes. I like doing that one when I want an intense short cardio workout. Trish

    I know this song is in another workout (I am thinking BMax2) but I know it is in the 1st drill of Drill Max when you are doing the 3/4 squats. I wanted to think the name of the song was "Dream Boy" but did a search on Napster and came up empty handed. Anyone know? I am really liking the music...

    I stink after I work out, so I shower. Plus during the week, I have to go to work. So I work out, shower then go to work. :)

    An Update on the Freezing Issue!

    I had issues with mine also(even my surprise). I have a Magnavox which the DVDs froze on so I tried them on my Toshiba DVD player and the DVDs skipped on that player. I love the workouts though! They are fantastic and fun but I will be glad to have DVD's that don't freeze or skip.

    SJP/SB favorite premix

    I love the Step and Hi/Lo - 90 minute premix! It is fun and it is a great cardio workout. Have fun with whatever you choose! :D

    There has been a lot of raving going on at the VF forum for Pam Cosmi's Steppin' in Rhythm. To be honest, this one has sparked my interest too! Have you gone to Collage Video and viewed any previews? That may help you too.
