SJP/SB favorite premix

I did a search for this, but could not come up with anything (If I missed something I'll go stand in the corner, I promise). I have this on order, FINALLY, and I'll be getting in just in time for my long workout day. I'm wondering which is everyone's favorite longer premix? I see there are several:

16 – Step and Hi/Lo – 90 Minutes
18 - Step, Hi/Lo & weights Circuit– 85 Minutes
20 - Step, Hi/Lo & Weights Circuit– 85 Minutes
21 - Step and Weights Circuit – 81 Minutes

I'm leaning toward # 16 or # 21 (with some ab work tossed in). I'd love some advice from others who have done these. (I'm putting my rotation in place now, which is why I'm asking now).

Way back when we were all waiting for The Body Blast Series to come out, Cathe posted a very descriptive list of all the BB premixes. In fact, I still have the print out at home. If you can find that list, you'll at least be able to tell the difference between #18 and #20. (I can't remember off the top of my head).

I know I really like #16, if you are looking for pure cardio, otherwise I think I liked #21 the best. If I remember correctly, 18 and 20 might have mixed up the step and the high low, making it necessary to move the step out of the way a bunch of times (I might be remembering this entirely wrong, though).

If I can locate that list, I let you know.

Well, I have a week to decide whether I want pure cardio or some weight work. The way I have it scheduled is pure cardio. Thanks Shelbygirl! You always have information I need!

I love the Step and Hi/Lo - 90 minute premix! It is fun and it is a great cardio workout. Have fun with whatever you choose! :D

I realized that I've been doing circuit workouts, or a mix of Cardio and weights for my longer workouts. Figured I'd do one day of pure cardio and shock my body. I'm really looking forward to it. Did Viper today. My two elast favorite (ie the hardest!) intervals are in that one!

Got my DVD on Monday and did the Premix today. All I can say is WOW!!! I love the 90 minute Step and Hi/Lo Premix! Step Blast is, hmm, well a BLAST! Oh yeah, I stood there and watched a few of the moves (that tap repeater is eluding me right now, but I'll get it!), but I still got a great workout. And I love how she does the challenge and throws a blast inbetween the repeats. It's just fun. I did skip the low impact hi/lo segment (I have SJP on VHS - so I am familar with that), but it didn't have much impact (so to speak) on the workout. It was fun.

Just and FYI - you do have to remove the step in the middle. It's the Step from SJP, the HI/Lo from SJP, then Step Blast in it's entirety. I like the break out though. It's something different.

I agree with meme, the 90 min hi/lo premix is my favorite. I try to do this every other weekend. It's a great long cardio workout.

It took me a couple times of watching that fast foot repeater before I got it.

Have a great workout!

I think I would really love this premix, but I suspect that there may be something wrong with my DVD. Tell me if it's supposed to do this: It goes through the step from SJP and the first hi lo section of SJP, then says "get ready for more hi lo". Then a message comes up " get ready for step". These pauses are pretty long. Then it goes into the end of the first step segment of Step Blast. Is this right? It seems kind of weird to me.
I wanted to do this premix the day after Christmas and I ended up doing just the cardio from SJP and then all of SB - kind of making my own version of what I thought the premix should be.

Thanks for any information and/or advice.

I get that as well - I usually just hit the "next" button on my DVD remote. I get "Get Ready for Hi/Lo" for every section of HI/lo, then it goes to step again, and that's the end of SJP - it moves on to SB. It's irritating, but workable.
