We have purchased many My Pillows over the years for our family. We love them! I would recommend that you call them on their toll free# to order and speak to an actual person rather than try and order online the first time you purchase from them. That way you will get the help you need in...
Hi Cathe
I just visited your new Pinterest Board on indoor exercise bikes. Can you tell me me which type you used in your latest Strong & Sweaty DVD series? I have used an ellipitical while doing your bike DVD's and have found that works out fine for me, but lately I've been toying with the...
Hi There
I have been doing Cathe workouts since 1998. I have found that all her cycle workouts work great on my elliptical. Yes, you have to modify certain things. For instance, ellipticals have no seat, but try it anyway. I really like the cycle DVDs with the elliptical.
Hi Everyone
Does anybody know if the new series will be utilizing the new Fit Tower? I opted not to get in on the Fit Tower pre-sale a few weeks ago, so if this new Strong and Sweaty series uses the Fit Tower I probably will decide against it as well. I read the synopsis on the DVDs and...
Hi LadyLep
You have a really good mix of Cathe workouts right now. I've been working out to Cathe since 1998 and must say I love all her DVD's particularly the ones using the step. To your list I would probably add Low Max, which is an excellent, really tough (don't let the low impact term...
Hi Jdnara,
My favorite Cathe DVDs for cardio are Low Max, Low Impact Challenge, Low Impact Circuit, Body Max 2, Party Rockin Step 1 &2, and, because it's the workout that introduced me to Cathe way back, Step Works. Hope this helped you. Good luck!
Same Here!
I do remember the video with Janet Jones-Gretsky. That was one of my favorite Firm tapes from way back when. The Firm series (and I had many of them) were great and cutting edge material. They led me to Cathe too. Funny how a lot of us had that same experience.

No Face Lift For Me!
I totally agree with you. Look at all the celebs that've had work done who now look like they should be in a wax museum. Not for me! I'll worknout with Cathe DVD's and others as long as I can. I'm 58 now with no sign of stopping and feel great! What's a few...
Saw this post regarding Patrick Goudeau and just had to respond. A few years ago I purchased his Quick Step workout just to try something different. I had seen his name mentioned in various places but had never ordered any of his workouts. Well I finally did, and was I ever glad! It may be a...
Hi Baylian!
No, you are definitely not the only one who's excited about the return of Downton Abbey. I absolutely love this series. I discovered it for the first time last year for Seaon 2. Some things didn't make total sense since I missed the first season, but I was quickly addicted...
Hi Cathe
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the latest workouts, Cross Fire and To The Max. They are unbelievable! I don't know how you keep coming up with all your great ideas for new workouts for all of us, but please keep up the great work. Just read you're about to announce a new...
Definitely Tough Workout Compilation
Hi There!
Hardcore Extreme is definitely a tough tough compilation. I haven't done that one in a while. The one I really like is The Terminator. It's a compilation of Cardio & Weights, IMAX 2, and Muscle Endurance. All the workouts on this tape...
LIC vs Athletic Step
I totally agree with you on preferring less dancy step videos. I have all of Cathe's workouts and some of them took me several weeks to become proficient. This is really what I don't like about new DVD's - they can be so hard to learn. I really found this to be the...
Hi CarlaVeg!
I am a recent convert to Wen and I love love love it. I think what you'll find is that you are not using enough of it. This is where I went wrong when I first started using it last Spring. I just couldn't believe my short hair would need 8-10 pumps of cleansing conditioner or...
