I think the music is awesome on the new workouts. I really enjoyed the music at the Chicago Road Trip! I am assuming it was a lot of the same music! Good job team on a job well done!!!

Hello all my CycleMax friends! Looks like a great rotation JennD. CycleMax was a dream come true for me! I am looking forward to Glassboro for a reunion!

I have a question for you STS veterans. I have just completed STS for the first time. When I start it again, do I need to do my One Rep Max exercises all over again? I am definitely stronger and I feel like my first time through was a big learning curve? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Cathe, I was wondering what is going on with Fit TV? I own many of your DVDs but I can't always get access to my DVD player. When I need to get away from my family I watch you on Fit TV in another room of my house. Will you be there again? Thanks in Fort Worth, Kim
