    Finished Meso 2 I just finished Meso 2. What an accomplishment. I am really noticing the shapes in my biceps & triceps. My Quads have always had shape but they have more.     Meso 2/Week 2/Legs

    Cathe Last week I started the 2nd Meso..I was spent after each workout. My off days I do some of your cardio tapes + 1 STS ab workout. This week I again was spent after the chest/shoulders/triceps but was able to still do cardio & abs the next day..Yesterday I did the Legs. My body has NEVER...

    Still doing push-ups on my knees!

    Meso 1/week 2/disc 6 Legs/NAUSEA!!!

    60% 1RM to heavy???

    Cathe I have a question on dumbell kickback , one arm, both arms. If the weight I should be using in my first week is 60%. If by the 12-15 rep it is so heavy that beyond struggling to complete the reps i am losing my form should I lower the weight a bit or keep at the same weight & the stronger...
