    Pyramid Up Treadmill workout....Who's In?

    This workout was fun...such a nice change. I started a 6 then 6.5, 7, 7.5 and did my sprint a 9. Forgot the 45 sec walk in between (could have used that). Anyway I will definately do this one again.

    leg press question

    It's been awhile since I've done legs and glutes but if you don't have a high step, what about using a sturdy chair. I can't remember what exercises other than leg presses that she does but I would think that would work. HTH:D

    Thanks everyone for all the great advice. I will definitely keep plyo in mind. The longer runs are what I am dreading as I have only ran 7 miles at my longest,:o but I have been running fairly consistently for the past 6 years, mostly 3-5 miles at a time. Not sure if I am ready for a marathon...
