Let's not exaggerate ;) The cardio in Cathe's suggestions is between 50-70 minutes long. Perfect for me!

I use: http://www.freecycle.org/ Check if there is one in your area. You post all the things you want to get rid of and people who want them contact you and arrange pick up. I got rid of a lot of stuff this way, but also picked up some useful things.
