So I'm all pumped up to start STS on Monday the 16th. Ordered a dumbbell tower, incline/decline bench, been cleaning up the diet ... but I'm soooo used to focusing on my running times/miles and just throwing some weights in there twice a week for good measure! And I see in Cathe's cardio suggestions we're basically looking at 20 minutes (I'm going w/ the running option!) 3x/week. From everything I've read this is for good reason but it's going to be weird - and a bit hard - to switch my focus here! Although I can't wait to see the results!
