    WHY SO MUCH UPPER BODY IN NEW DVD PREMIXES??

    For the new DVD menus that are showing on the blog, I counted 8 upper body focused premixes, and only 2 lower body focused premixes. Why such an emphasis on upper body????     I'm not sure what DVD to get for lower body sculpting

    So far, the only weight workout I have is MusleMax, but it doesn't really have much leg work in it. Are Gym Style Legs and Butts & Gutts my only 2 other choices to get in a good lower body workout? Or will Low Impact Circuit premixes do the trick in sculpting lean leg muscles?
