Yeah, I figured that out now. I suppose I was going by what the test page said, 4-10 download speed. I was viewing in low quality...what would you recommend the minimum download speed be so I can let my ISP know. Thanks for the help!

I am having the same problem in my iPad too...I can get them to load but in the middle of the workout it just starts freezing on me.

I did the speed test and my download speed was 7.9 the first time I did it the other day...I just did it again and now it's 12.25. I just tried the "live" Imax class and am having the same exact issues...I am so frustrated...
