Trouble with Cathe live and on demand player

the workouts are not loading. I even restarted my iPad and nothing. The only ones that will load and give me the play arrow are the newer workouts that are chartered ones. Is it just a problem on my end?
 
Who can I contact for support? I am having no issues accessing the videos from my PC but my iPad is not loading the workouts. I have restarted my iPad and have not had this issue until today.

It sounds like you're using an 1st generation iPad ? If that's the case that's why you're having an issue. The good news is we will be finished with switching all of the videos to our new system very soon.
