    Totally agree with Jodelle! I really believe that you have to watch your calories if you want to lose weight. You can eat clean all you want but if you have a caloric surplus, you will gain weight.

    Counting calories

    Another thing to think about is that you can't build muscle and lose weight at the same time. One requires a slight caloric increase (muscle building) and the other requires a caloric deficit. Decide what you want to emphasize first then focus on the other.

    I did this premix this morning and all I can say is WOW! That was a GREAT workout! Definately a lower-body emphasis but a workout worth keeping in the rotation.

    Opinion: are the GS series muscle endurance or muscle building?

    I LOVE the GS series and want to work them in my next rotation. But I'm not sure if they are more muscle endurance or muscle building. My body has/is responding nicely to the muscle endurance-type workouts but I'd really like to incorporate GS in my next rotation. Any thoughts?

    How often do you weigh yourself?

    I'm afraid to weigh myself everyday for fear of it bringing me down with the "daily dippies." I realize that my weight fluctuates daily. I do like the one poster saying that even though she weighs daily, she only counts the Sunday. How do you get over the daily dippies?

    Flintstones Complete Flinstones Complete is what our family takes. Yep, good ol' Flinstones. My dad first told me that his Mayo doctors said these were the best vitamins on the market. Then, a friend of mine went to Mayo and they, too, were recommended Flinstones. So, we now take Flinstones.
