I just want to let you know that the Pyramid workouts are not circuit workouts. Even the bonus combo that combines upper and lower in NOT a circuit--just a full body weight workout.

I'd buy a fancy Precor Elliptical! OMG I dream about owning one of those one day!!!!!!!!! (Of course, I'd have to pony up an additional $1500 I think, but hey, I'd take it!)
I don't have any advice (and I'm obviously not Cathe;)) but I just wanted to say kudos to you for being so active at 60 years old! (Not that that's old or anything. :o) Very inspirational!

If you like circuits, go for Drill Max (my FAVE!), Low Impact Circuit, the Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance DVD and I'm going to throw in the 4 Day Split series as well. It's Cathe's most versatile workout I think. There are dozens of premixes that include some great circuits. But there's also some...

We're just going through a bit of a rough patch right now guys. No worries. People are really stressed out and there's a lot to talk about and a lot on people's minds. Unfortunately most of these things aren't related to fitness, :( and when it's all people can think about, it's hard to shut off...
