    I found a great way to prevent my shoulders from bruising when doing a front squat in meso 3. My husband has some knee pads with straps which he bought from Home Depot when he was installing our laminate floor, and I am putting them on my shoulders so that the heavy barbell doesnt bruise them...

    How did you prepare for STS?

    I read here before, Chris (SNM) suggested that people should do the first 3 discs repeatedly until they feel they are ready. That sounds like a good advise! Also the 4 days split is a very good option - thats what I did. Krasy
