I found a great way to prevent my shoulders from bruising when doing a front squat in meso 3. My husband has some knee pads with straps which he bought from Home Depot when he was installing our laminate floor, and I am putting them on my shoulders so that the heavy barbell doesnt bruise them, like it did the first time I did the squar rack legs. It worked like magic!! I am very happy! I looked like a football player - lol.
Just thought I could share.
