    potassium and the nutrition site

    I specifically came to this forum to check on this because I can't meet my potassium requirements without eating 7 bananas a day and then I exceed my calories. I'm thinking of just taking a supplement. I hate bananas.

    I'd go with the 4DS. It gives you good short cardio and it does all the heavy weight work. It's just a more versatile set.

    Pull up options

    I have a doorway pullup bar that's worked out great for me. At one point I was able to do 9 unassisted pullups. I wish I had kept it up but I can't do any now. What I do is put the high step under the bar and put some of my weight on it so they are sort of assisted pullups. I still get good DOMS...
