    Judi, this one was hard for me too. I couldn't use my 1RM weights for much of it either. Actually, the 1RM suggestions have been very hit or miss for me throughout the whole series. I just do the best I can and move on. Perhaps Meso 3 will go better for both of us? :)

    Good for you! :) I had to drop to my knees near the end of the close grip ones. And that's the workout where I had to go backward in weight for the chest presses. It was a very tough workout for me.

    I have stocky German legs as well, and do have some veins that bother me. How long did it take you to recover? My step mother-in-law had it done and she had to wear special hose for a month and couldn't do any heavy lifting. That's probably the main thing that has held me back. TIA
