I took 30 day shred on vacation with me. It worked as a short workout a few days a week in a hotel room.

I have all the DVD's made -- I had more workouts on VHS, but I sadly traded them away because I don't have a VCR anymore. I keep hoping Cathe will put some of those oldies on DVD -- like the Wedding workout and Mega Step BLast and Rock Bottoms.

It took me awhile to decide -- I don't need any more DVD's (have all of them), plus I wanted free shipping -- so I had to get $99 worth of stuff... So I got a shirt, ankle weights, weighted gloves, fitness gloves, weight vest... I think that's it. My Xmas gift to myself!
