Have you seen it? Cathe posted it in her latest email. I’m very excited because it’s exactly what I was looking for! Not for now but for after I work through my present plans, which admittedly take me into June.
This is actually one of my favorites. I can see where in the Pilates repertoire Cathe chose to pull exercises and translate them to the roller. When you look at all the Pilates apparatus there’s so much more exercises than just the mat work.

I did this combo yesterday but I used one of Cathe’s dip bars. Maybe next time you could use fingertips against a wall or door? Or use the back of a chair? I would definitely be more challenged using a barbell.
For me the big reveal is how different my balance abilities are from right to left...

When will you get yours Kellyro? By 10 week rotation do you mean the 8 week Beginner followed by two weeks of something else? If so, what?
I’m beginning on Dec. 30th with the beginner rotation. If that goes well I’m considering a month of the Lite rotation followed by a month of the ICE rotation.
I actually put the original Intermediate Rotation up yesterday. I still have quite a few notes and reviews to add. It’s hard to find the time right now.
Definitely. It’s nothing fancy. I keep barebones reviews of DVDs I do there plus my personal check in. There are pictures of our gym. It’s open to read. This should work.

You’re welcome! I don’t think mine will resemble a regular rotation. Everything I add will be functional but won’t be necessarily Cathe based. I won’t know if it’s going to be successful until I get a feel for the new workouts. I’ll be prepared to change things up if I need to. That’s half the fun.
