Someone needs to introduce those folks to the concept of the time saver premix.I think us cathlete and many other fitness enthusiast are just on another frame for embracing an active lifestyle.
Sadly despite highlighted above being a reality, people would still have the usual excuse. "they have no time!"

I totally agree. I have been an on again off again Cathlete for many years. I love the LMR series. It’s challenging and I can still work my way through all the workouts. I finish the 8 Week rotation tomorrow and the benefits have been many. I’ve been doing functional and rehabilitative exercise for years but Cathe’s take is different and for me, more fun.I totally agree. I have been an on again off again Cathlete for many years.
