    xtrain and STS rotation

    Hi Lisa, Thanks for all the work that went into creating this rotation. I'm wrapping up Cathe's 90 Day Xtrain/LIS rotation and I'm considering what to do next. This looks terrific! I think I'll modify it to add in my Vol. 1-4 of Horizontal Conditioning. I also hope you're feeling better.
