    6 month rotation and overtraining.

    I bought the Cathe weighted gloves from Big 5 Sporting Goods a couple of weeks ago and the box says "one size fits most". No mention of S-M-L. I have medium small (hope that makes sense) hands and they fit fine.

    I started with tubing. I have the Beachbody b-line bands and I was using the next to the heaviest but it just wasn't cutting it. I'm using my Fluidity Bar now. Major difference!

    I totally forgot I have ankle weights that adjust in 1/2 pound increments. I ran to the closet and dug them out to try them on my wrists and they work!! You just saved me money. I was going to get the thumb hook wrist weights but no need to now. THANKS!!!
