I thought that I bought the last 4 dvds filmed on presale from Advanced Workouts in the USA. It was after they were filmed but before you had finished editing etc. Is that different?

In the end I followed Cathe's link for recommended US retailer - fitness wholesale and got a quote for postage etc from them. They sell the bands so cheap - for $19 they are sending me two bands and that includes postage which is cheaper than one single 4ft dynaband over here. And cheap enough...

Thanks everyone - lots of suggestions to check out. It's true that most exercises you do roll the band over a couple of times at the top so probably a 5ft one would be okay. Ruth

Thanks all - I'm pretty sure the John Lewis ones are the shorter length. I think perhaps I have to buy a roll and cut my own but even then I bet a bit confused as to resistance level. Might resort to ordering from US again, probably postage will be the same as the mark up over here anyway.

Thanks I can't find Dynabands with the Physical company - do you think the "Supaflex X-band" Med/beg would be the equivalent? Ruth

Anyone in the UK - where did you get your resistance band from? I had one from Advanced Workouts in the USA but it's not the same as Cathe's and now it's snapped anyway, so I thought I'd try and get one in the Uk to reduce postage. They all seem to be a standard size of 4ft. Thanks Ruth

Definitely agree that Leg Blast workout is very hard - it is one big static lunge! Walking lunges, lunge sequences, one-legged squats then lets do them again in a different order and again in case you missed it :D . I am crying by the end of that one.

Advanced Workouts do free postage to UK over $50 although you may get hit for import tax, but the free postage sort of makes up for it. SNM and collage video charge very high postage. Swings and roundabouts I guess :-) , but nice to see so many UK Cathe fans :-).

I have literally just doing finished Imax and interval 5 has ski jumps from side to side then onto the step. I wonder if that is the one you are thinking of? Ruth

Hi Cathe and educated crowd I have just been doing Gym Style Chest and Triceps for the first time. I cannot manage to do all the sets of push-ups as full push-ups and so was modifying either by doing push-ups on my knees with legs crossed behind or by doing full-length push-ups with my hands...
