Hi Cathe and educated crowd
I have just been doing Gym Style Chest and Triceps for the first time. I cannot manage to do all the sets of push-ups as full push-ups and so was modifying either by doing push-ups on my knees with legs crossed behind or by doing full-length push-ups with my hands on the step. I wondered if one or the other of these was a better modification? I find the full-length push-ups on the step harder than on my knees but I wondered if the change in angle would mean it targeted the muscle differently and was a less good substitution than the knee version?
(How you all can do full push-ups for all those sets with your noses brushing the ground is beyond me I don't think I'll ever be able to do that )
