    What is considered weight training?

I fell off the exercise wagon last summer but in Dec. of ’20 I started again. I am doing STS undulating rotation and on off days cardio, hiit, and yoga and flexibility. I have Some arthritis in one hip and it is greatly improved. I agree with Suzilaw and I just turned 67.

I have the same in my left thumb joint. Mine is from Years of a repetitive movement (turning a large 7 inch long key in a lock). it flares up from time to time. I can go for months without any pain, then for no apparent reason it will swell and throb. I believe mine is carpel tunnel. Please let...

    Covid in USA

Sadly, this has become a political issue. Many think it’s a hoax and do not trust health experts. There are politicians who think people in their 60’s and 70’s should sacrifice themselves for the economy to open as normal. Where are you from in AU? I used to live in Mandurah, south of Perth.

Help with starting to workout again

Well said, I am 66 and doing Lite/Ice rotation. It is truly the consistency that counts. With all the options with Cathe DVD’s, one could start with warm up and gradually increase as endurance builds.

    My April Rotation

I checked Cathe’s April rotation but there are many DVD’s I do not own so I decided to repeat my Feb. rotation Lite/Strong & Sweaty. Today was Cardio Slam, a workout so intense for me, it had a dread factor. But today, I did that workout and I enjoyed it! It was still tough and I had to pause...

    Just plain better

I started the S&S/Lite rotation and now nearly finished with RWH/Lite months rotation. My core and chest especially are noticeably stronger. I can tell with exercises like the sit-outs and push ups. Plus, I’m down 12 lbs!
