    Two more workouts to complete the rotation and I finally lost those last stubborn 5 lbs that i have been trying to get rid of...I am so thrilled, thank you Debbie, this was awesome. Can't wait for the next one. You should do one for each season.

    Rotation with just shock cardio?

    Hi Denise I started 2 a day workouts the later part of Jan. I am now combining STS/Shock cardio with the Feb. rotation. I am planning on doing this through March and I am hoping for some great results.

    Butts and Guts...feedback please

    Hi Cathe B&G is my go to workout for my lower body. It's tough but I look forward to the challenge each time I do it. I am adding it to the Feb. rotation so that I am working my legs twice a week. This work out always delivers and I love the premixes.

    I would follow Cathe's monthly rotations and the days that she has a strength workout do a stretch or ab workout.

    Completed the Jan. rotation today with Circuit blast premix and the heavy bag bonus. I weigh in on Sunday so I don't know yet if doing additional workouts through out the month has made a difference.
