You can use the Workout Blender on KPC and just input the segments that you want to do. You can add everything except abs. It's a great tool.

You can easily keep this low impact though. I still like it as much as I did when I first bought it (when it was first released in 2000, I think)..

I bought the Super Sliders at Wal-Mart today, they are super! I used them today, Disc 6 and Weights and Plates Abs, and they are perfect. :D
