On Kick, Punch, & Crunch can I program it to do the enitre workout minus the 7 minute ab section and put the 7 minute ab section on the next workout, Legs & Glutes? I like alternating my cardio and muscle toning plus this would keep both of the workouts about an hour, which is what I want. Thanks so much!
