I like this fact about Cathe as well. If she stops to give form pointers everyone stops. I don't know why it bothers me but it's like I want the instructor to out with me not just watching everyone else workout.
My feet have started to cramp and I think it is from the jumping jacks as well. I can do other high impact moves and they don't both me but now when I do jacks my feet start to cramp so I just sub for another move.
I still love the workout but just have to do something a little different...
I agree love hearing the updates, can't wait. I would imagine those going on the roadtrip will be able to experience some of the moves, so not much longer for you all :)
I am almost done with the Xtrain 90 day rotation and will have to do this one next I think. I was looking at doing the Xtrain/LIS rotation next but this one has alot of my fav workouts in it decisions, decisions...:)

Just had a question about these. For the new workouts can these be done for other body part like chest and legs?
I think right now you have the bi, tri, scarecrows and hip thrust (unless I missed something somewhere)
Not even sure if it is a good idea to do this for chest...
Cathe I just want to say that you are awesome already working on new workouts. The descriptions sound awesome so I cannot wait for these to come out and get the greatest hits DVD.

I agree with you all, it would be cool if she annouced it on Cathe TV ready for that to come back. Documenting the process would be awesome too, like to see how she comes up with these new innovative workouts all the time.
Capricorngirl, I was just thinking about these workouts because to me these really speak Greatest Hits. I would love this workout.
