    Cardio Leg Blast- the rep range is 12-16. I go pretty heavy with the weights, matching Cathe. Legs-I didn't count these but its very high rep, using light weights.But don't let that fool you. I did Legs all sections Saturday and I can still barely walk today, tuesday. beth
