Thanks for the heads up. Sometimes I'm not in the mood to learn a new workout. I just want to work out. However, when learning a new step workout, you do burn a ton of calories from rewinding.
For me, if it's by Cathe, I buy it. You can't go wrong. I really like GS Legs. However, it's been a while since I've done this workout, so it's hard for me to compare. It's in my really like pile though!

I ask myself the same question. It's not a workout I grab very often. But when I do, I absolute love the workout and wonder why I don't do it more often!!!
Well, if my step causes cancer, then I guess I'll just have to deal with it! Besides, eating healthy and exercising helps ward off cancer, right? So I guess were even.
