    Horizontal conditioning and low impact rotation

    Hi love this thread. I completely forgot I have HC. Can I alternate PUB/PLB with HC or do I need to add a cardio or something? I was thinking Mon PUB Tues HC Wed PLB Thurs HC Fri OFF Sat???? Cardio??? Thanks for the feed back. Carmen.

    Hi Ladies today was 30 secs of jumprope followed by 10 reps of heavy weight work. Took about 20 mins. Got the entire body in a quick sweaty workout. My husband and I went to the local dinner theatre last night to see Les Miserables. It was wonderful!! Have a great day. Carmen
